We are proud of our diverse team of over 150 staff members from various nationalities around the globe. While the typical teaching tenure ranges from two to six years, many of our staff members have chosen to make VIS their long-term professional home. Each of our teachers brings international experience, holds a university degree, and possesses teaching credentials that meet the standards of the Maltese Teacher’s Warrant. Impressively, 50% of our teaching staff have earned Master's degrees.

All staff members are fluent in English, trained in First Aid, and meet a required standard of technology training. We uphold a rigorous annual performance evaluation cycle, promoting a growth mindset that includes ongoing professional development and personal goal-setting.
