Verdala International School (VIS) is, first and foremost, an inclusive community. Our ambition to become the first IB continuum school in Malta is at the forefront of our strategic plan. The IB philosophy influences how we communicate, educate, and inspire our students. We aim to nurture our students to think critically, be confident in themselves, and foster a caring attitude towards each other and the world they inhabit.
We honour our historical setting and past reputation while building towards a future that embraces change and innovation. Our ethos is based on every student achieving their best, whatever that may be for each individual. We offer a holistic approach to education that allows students to become curious and experience a range of opportunities - academic, cultural, or active. We are adapting to the fast pace of technology with investments in educational technology integration, which enables our students to learn and thrive in a safe online environment. This, along with a range of other skills, prepares our students for their future pathways.

Parents are a key part of the home-school partnership. We aim to work closely with our parents, welcoming them into their child’s learning journey, so that we can celebrate their child’s successes and support any challenges along the way.
